Who am I?

My Name is Sherri Spaw. I am a wife, small business owner, designer and most of all a mother of 4 beautiful children. After 7 years in Corporate America, I was laid off just before the birth of my 2nd child. That was devasating. I had to do some soul searching to decide what I wanted to do when I grew up. Do we ever really grow up? I took my love of pregnancy and opened a maternity speciality boutique in 2003 in New Tampa. I loved working with the pregnant moms and experiencing their pregnancies with them. A year later I created www.HSTMaternity.com to provide the same great products to moms that did not live in my geographic area. In 2004 I was blessed with my 3rd child and he had the pleasure of going to work with me every day. As a breastfeeding mother, I realized there was a need for a product that allowed moms to nurse discreetly and still provide a "Hip & Stylish" look. The creative side of me created the Under Wraps Nursing Poncho by Victoria Laurin and Baby. I nursed baby for the first 14 months of his life and the Under Wraps Nursing Poncho allowed me to do it in public. I then created www.VictoriaLaurin.com and sell my product to stores and customers around the world.

With all the things I had going on in my life, I realized that having the store was to much work and decided to close it in January of 2007. This allowed me to focus more time on my family. The most important part of being a mother. With the extra time, I met wonderful business owners in my community that provide services to new or expecting mothers. I had the pleasure of experiencing so many new things that were not the "hot" thing to do while I was pregnant with the other 3 children. I really embraced it this time and want to share with other moms. I had the opportunity of learning about Cord Blood Banking with this pregnancy. My husband wanted to know if that is how they clone body parts. After much research, I learned that was something that I did not want to miss out on my last pregnancy. I choose to use Viacord. I had no idea that the blood from the cord could potentially treat over 40 diseases. This was a insurance policy that my family  could not pass on. To find out more information about Cord Blood Banking please visit www.brainshark.com/viacord/sherrispaw.

I decided to become part of the Parents Education Network (PEN) and provide this same information to other expecting parents. It is amazing how many people have no idea what Cord Blood Banking is all about. I am committing myself to network with other maternity and baby related businesses to provide the information to expecting parents so that they can make the decision if Cord Blood Banking is right for them.

You can contact me for more information or call toll free: 1-888-758-5115 and reference PEN#1278. By referencing this number, you will receive discount if you should choose to enroll with Viacord. For more information or to obtain this money saving coupon, please complete the contact form with your contact information including your due date.

The maternity store gave me the beauty shop feeling and I became the go to person for where to find and have things done. I am taking that same approach with this site and hope you find the information useful. Enjoy your pregnancy or new baby. These are moments that you can not do over. We get only one chance to enjoy each day with our unborn or new baby.

God Bless!
